words of acknowledgment

being unapologetically me in a world that wants me to do otherwise

through working with caitlin in a coaching program, as well as working with both caitlin and madison during workshops and retreats, I have learned that I matter. I have begun to peel back all of the layers society has packed on throughout the years through conditioning and expectation in order to find what truly fuels my soul. Above all else I was seen, heard and validated in order to love myself enough to choose me.

lives by creativity, kindness, + joy of the simple things

the mentoring program was a really big help for me. caitlin helped me solidify expressing that YES I want that, or recognizing that NO, I don’t, I just feel like I should. I learned to recognize the importance of doing things because I WANT to, not because I feel pressured to do so.

overall I had an incredible experience, as I truly do every single time I’m with these girls, whether I’m in class or just spilling my brain. If you want someone honest, raw, and relentlessly devoted to helping you push further and call you out on your shit, look no further. These girls are it.

colorful plant mom finding inspiration everywhere

through the coaching experience i learned how to recognize who i am at my core, when i’m honoring my true self and when all the fog clears and its quiet. being able to slow down and visualize is something that really grounds me in myself and i was glad to be able to do this in a safe and dedicated time in space.

my biggest takeaway is that i learned to slow down and be present in the now — and admittedly sometimes i’m not still, but im able to get myself back there faster than i used to, knowing that its ok to give myself the space and grace until i can bring myself back to the ground again.
